Elise grew up in Colorado but headed to Florida where she received her BA in Russian, East European, and Eurasian studies from Stetson University. During her time at Stetson, she had the opportunity to serve as a FLAS Fellow at the University of Pittsburgh where she studied intermediate intensive Russian for eight weeks. After a brief time at American University’s School of International Service, Elise worked as the Campaigns Assistant at EMILYs List where she supported the Campaigns team on the backend side for over two years. In her free time, you can find her working out, reading books, or going on walks.
