Let your fundraisers concentrate on raising money while we take care of the rest. We will review every check to ensure it meets both federal regulations and any internal guidelines your committee may have. Every donation is batched and vetted for potential issues. We’ll also conduct any follow-up and handle all of the data entry.
Database management may not be fun, but it is crucial. We’ll ensure your data is clean and work with the campaign to eliminate duplicate contact records. The FEC has specific requirements for disclaimers for printed materials, so we review all printed materials to ensure you are using the proper disclaimer language.
The Final Product: FEC Reports
The FEC is exacting about the accuracy of information on each committee’s public disclosure reports. We will ensure your FEC reports are completely reconciled to the bank and accounting software each month. All reports are carefully reviewed internally with an eye to the FEC’s evolving standards. The final step is your approval on the report; we will send the report to you ahead of time to ensure you are able to review prior to the FEC deadline.
