Sam Blum
Compliance Director
Sam was born and raised in the DC suburbs. He joined CCA in early 2018. He is a 2015 graduate of Gettysburg College with a BA in Political Science & Public Policy. Prior to joining CCA, Sam worked at another compliance firm where he assisted in the management of various campaign committees, leadership PACs, and joint fundraising committees.
